Company History:
Initially formed as a partnership in 1981, Modplan has grown steadily through recommendation and referral, and in 2003, Modplan Building and Refurbishment Contractors Ltd was formed alongside the original partnership company. We have successfully completed hundreds of new build and refurbishment projects of all shapes and sizes, including many local ‘landmark’ buildings.
Our credentials are unrivalled – the value of building and refurbishment projects we have undertaken over the last 25 years now exceeds £75 million, and we believe our success can be attributed to the pride we take in customer service, together with the ability to achieve high standards in construction.
