Modplan are pleased to be associated with local developers ‘Whitebarn Developments Ltd’.
Whitebarn Developments and Modplan have successfully combined over a number of years to develop quality new housing sites for both apartments and houses in various locations in the three counties.
Currently Modplan are completing the construction of 7 new properties in the High Street Arlesey, together with the comprehensive refurbishment of the former Three Tuns public house on the same site.
