To undertake an extensive refurbishment of a detached 5 bedroom property and to extend the property with a single side extension to provide an open plan living area, rear porch together with a loft conversion to accommodate a guest bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom.

The existing property was completely stripped back to its original state and totally refurbished, including a new heating system and electrical upgrade.   Replacement bespoke timber windows and slimline profile aluminium doors were installed to the entire property and the original roof coverings replaced.

The projects purpose was to provide modern living accommodation whilst honouring the original buildings features.
